Are your herbs organic and non-GMO?

Yes, we only purchase quality non-GMO organic from suppliers that are verified. We take wellness very seriously and we think that includes quality organic herbs.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Shipping outside of the U.S. is available. Please email us directly so we can inform you of the process and give you a quote on shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not do returns or exchanges.

Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds. Refunds are addressed on a case by case basis.

Order and Shipping Information

Herbs and gift packages are made to order. We process and ship orders generally 7 to 9 days after purchase; as of February 2024, our current fulfillment time for products is running between 2 to 6 weeks. If there is a problem or delay then we will email you to clarify or confirm, so please be sure to monitor your email and junk folder. Please note: we are continuing to review our processes to explore shortening this timeframe as best as possible.

  • HOW WE SHIP WITHIN THE U.S.: orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or US Postal ground service unless otherwise requested. We send all packages by services with a tracking number and this tracking number is shared with you after your order is dropped off at the post office, UPS or FedEx.

  • ALASKA AND HAWAII: Please feel free to contact us to discuss shipping options if you want to explore shipping options other than the options presented to you at checkout.

  • OUTSIDE OF U.S.: shipping outside of the U.S. is available. Please email us directly so we can inform you of the process and give you a quote on shipping.

  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING: we do not generally do expedited shipping, but you are free to contact us, and we can update you on whether we can accommodate your request.

  • ADD-ONS: We are generally not able to accept add-ons or changes once an order has been placed, but please feel free to contact us and we can try to work with you as best as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes parcel insurance. For suspected lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If further steps are needed, we will make our best effort to resolve the issue proactively with you and provide additional support and information as needed.

Misdelivered or Returned to Sender Packages

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping information. Please check to make sure your shipping information is correct before you submit your order.

If your package is returned as undeliverable, we will email you a shipping invoice with the additional postage cost to reship your order.
