The Gentle herb formula is a blend of organic quality herbs. The Gentle herb formula is a blend formulated by Steamy Chick and is now under inHeritage Herbs. No changes have been made to the formula.

The Gentle Herb Formula is a hemostatic formula designed to help mildly clear the uterus from stagnation while also having the added benefit of possibly lengthening menstrual cycles and stopping fresh spotting or interim bleeding. It includes citrus peel, astragalus and additional herbs formulated for these types of cycles. See our Meet the Herbs page to learn about the herbs featured across our various blends.

This formula is generally for:

• Users prone to short menstrual cycles (27 days or less)

• Users who have experienced interim bleeding (fresh spotting or spontaneous bleeding between menstruation) anytime in the past 3 months

• Users who have experienced two periods per month anytime over the past 3 month.

• Note: If you fall into the categories above the Gentle Herbs are going to be the most appropriate blend for you.

Sizing:

• 3 tablespoons equals 1 steam session. View the pictures to see the tablespoon size. Tablespoon not included.

• Our current options include a package for: 5 Steam Sessions, 14 Steam Sessions, 20 Steam Sessions and 35 steam sessions
